Sarah started her dance training at Dance Expressions in Pennsville, Nj, where she was a member of the competition team for 10 years. Sarah was formally trained in all styles of dance at her home studio, with the Wilmington Ballet, and the Philly Phresh Hiphop Crew. Sarah also had the opportunity to showcase her hiphop and ballet skills on an episode of the MTV series “Promposal”.

Sarah then went on to become a 4 year member of the University of Delaware Dance Team. During her time on the team, Sarah became a 2x UDA College Dance Team National Champion (Jazz in 2018 and Hiphop in 2019). Now, she continues to share her passion for dance as a teacher/ choreographer.
