Our Mission... More than just Dance! While our primary mission is to provide a top quality dance education, we strive to prepare our students for excellence in both dance and life. We aim to empower our students, help them to build confidence & self esteem, teach discipline, work ethic and respect, all in a supportive environment. 

​

We consider our studio atmosphere to be laid back, low stress and a NO drama environment.  We want our dancers to WANT to come to class every week and look forward to learning and growing! We yearn to be the absolute BEST role models for each of our students, and desire to build a relationship with every student and family who walks through our doors. 

 

Age appropriate: Our teachers do their very best to adhere to age appropriate standards in music, movement, concept & costuming.

What ID is looking for:

​

• 10+ years of dance experience, teaching experience preferred

• Ability to teach most class levels

• Ability to effectively teach most dance styles

• Positive role model for dancers

• Brings positive energy to every class

• Ability to choreograph age-appropriate routines

• Ability to be a GREAT teammate to a professional staff of teachers

• Ability to provide at least two solid references

• A degree in dance is preferred, but not required
